My first introduction to real-world web development experience. I renovated the Kumon Prize Pet with my newly acquired web development skills! The kids loved the GIFs, and I built it using the MERN stack.

Joined Professor Wenbo He's research team to investigate real-world privacy issues surrounding machine learning and image data to propose and develop technical solutions. I took an interest in Chengqi Li's work and began working with him on his research.

My first time presenting at a hackathon! I taught students how to effectively pitch their ideas to the judges.

My first introduction to real-world software development. I made a game for kids at my local Kumon center to track their homework and win prizes. It was coded in Java and used txt files for storage.

My first time developing a workshop! I designed a workshop to introduce kids across my school board to programming fundamentals.

I programmed an audio game for my friend who is visually impaired for my science fair project. I got to share my game with dozens of visually impaired students, and in those moments, I realized how big of an impact technology could make in others' lives.

My first ever program was this fish game in Scratch I made in the 5th grade. I was so proud of it!
